Reported at 3:59 p.m. on Jan. 28: A short-sighted thief walked out of Moncler in Highland Park Village wearing a pair of stolen gold-framed sunglasses after he and two other men purchased more than $8,000 in merchandise.

Reported at 2:04 p.m.: A purse pincher stole a bag on Villanova Drive.

A phone and online scam was reported at 5:16 p.m. on Stanford Avenue.

Reported at 8:33 a.m.: A criminal cruiser stole a Cadillac Escalade on Stanford Avenue.

Reported at 2:14 p.m.: A troublemaking trespasser made themselves unwelcome in a building on Daniel Avenue.

Reported at 3:01 p.m. on Larchmont Avenue: Officers recovered a stolen vehicle.
