Caffe Lucca 4445 Travis St.

The Sicilian-style restaurant by Julian Barsotti, who is known for renowned eateries Barsotti’s and Nonna, and former Cowboys coach Jason Garrett opened in the heart of the Knox Street area this spring. 

Jetsetters  6911 Lemmon Ave.

The new coffee lounge serves java from award-winning Cultivar Coffee, sweet and savory pastries from Sugar & Sage Bakery, and, on Mondays through Saturdays, breakfast tacos from Tacodeli within the Frontiers of Flight Museum. 

The North Face Galleria Dallas

The outdoor clothing and gear store has trekked to a new location on Level 2.

Kilo Snider Plaza

The specialty coffee café with a pour-over coffee menu is set to join the University Park neighborhood this summer. 

Adelmo’s Ristorante Preston Valley Shopping Center

The beloved, longtime Italian spot is relocating after closing in Inwood Village late last year. Adelmo’s Ristorante is preparing to reopen in a 3,750-square-foot location in the Preston Valley Shopping Center at the corner of Preston Road and I-635, near Maple Leaf Diner, India Palace, and Le Reve Gelato & Patisserie.

Maman 1444 Oak Lawn Ave.

The daytime cafe and bakery with a French-inspired menu of pastries, coffee, and more is opening in late 2026 to early 2027 in conjunction with the opening of a mixed-use development called The Seam. 

CLOSING

Anchor Sushi Bar 6025 Royal Lane

The sushi restaurant by Vandelay Hospitality, the company behind Hudson House, DL Mack’s, East Hampton Sandwich Co. and others, will close May 31. El Molino, a Mexican concept by Vandelay that opened in Snider Plaza last year, is expected to open in its place in July.

Kate Weiser Chocolate NorthPark Center

The renowned Dallas chocolatier has closed after 12 years. The Oprah-approved chocolate brand still has a location in Trinity Groves.

Perch Bistro and Bar 7709 Inwood Road

The restaurant serving wood-fired pizza, pasta, and other Italian fare, has closed. 

Pottery Barn 3212 Knox St. 

The home decor and furniture store has closed its Knox Street location.
