Humanaut Health Preston Center

Jimmy Choo NorthPark Center

The luxe footwear-focused fashion brand has a new footprint spanning 1,398 square feet in NorthPark with a design adapted from the brand’s New York Madison Avenue boutique.

Sueño Cocteleria Mexicana Snider Plaza

The Mexican fine-dining concept with an in-house masa program by Julio Pineda and Cristian Lujano has opened its second location, which features a live-fire kitchen and intimate tequila lounge. The expansion is in partnership with The Bellomy Group, the family-owned company behind S&D Oyster Company, Rex’s Seafood, and Caché.

Punk Noir 139 Turtle Creek Blvd.

The tasting-menu-only restaurant led by James Beard Award–winning Chef RJ Cooper centered around a 20-course tasting menu has opened in a new 7,800 square feet space.

Joybird 4438 McKinney Ave, Suite 200

The retailer offering handcrafted, customizable furniture has expanded into a new showroom in the Knox-Henderson neighborhood. In addition to room vignettes for living rooms, bedrooms, or lounges and an assortment of rugs, floor lamps, floor pillows, and other accessories, Joybird offers free design services.

Bvlgari Highland Park Village

The Italian luxury brand offering jewelry, watches, accessories and fragrances is set to add its sparkle to Highland Park Village later this year. 

Campisi’s 5944 Royal Lane

The longtime Italian chain is expected to open a new, 1,170-square-foot location in the Preston-Royal area later this year, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. 

Fifth Third Bank Preston Center

The financial institution will exit the Comerica Tower in Downtown Dallas for a new regional headquarters within two floors of a building being constructed at 8300 Douglas Avenue. The space is expected to be ready for move in by the fourth quarter of 2028.

Anchor Sushi Bar 6025 Royal Lane

The sushi spot has served up its last rolls, fish tacos, and martinis in Preston Hollow. There’s still an Anchor Sushi Bar location on Knox Street, though, and another Vandelay concept, El Molino, is expected to open in Anchor’s former Preston-Royal place. 

Tiffany & Co. Galleria Dallas

The nearly 200-year-old high-end jewelry retailer has closed its Galleria store after more than four decades.
