A nationwide Skyward outage has postponed the launch of back-to-school signup for Highland Park ISD, according to the district.
The district said in a notification that the annual online process for completing forms, updating student information and verifying residency before the new school year starts is postponed until July 30. The window for families to complete the forms required for back-to-school signup was also extended until Aug. 7.
Parents will receive back-to-school information, including details about BSSU, annual proof of residency, and instructions on how to log in, according to the district.
“We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work through this unexpected situation,” the district’s notification read.
