Lane Four Capital Partners, a debt capital markets advisory firm, has announced that it is opening a headquarters in Preston Center. The company was founded in 2024.
“Our growth reflects the way we’ve built Lane Four from the beginning: to operate as an extension of each sponsor’s team across the full portfolio and the full debt lifecycle, not just at initial acquisition,” said Rob Chuchla, co-founder of Lane Four Capital Partners. “That continuity allows us to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ portfolios and priorities and has led clients to engage us mandate after mandate.”
In conjunction with the announcement of its Preston Center headquarters, Lane Four Capital Partners also welcomed its inaugural analyst class, according to a press release.
“One thing that hasn’t changed as we’ve grown is how we conduct ourselves in the market,” said Robert Buckwalter, co-founder of Lane Four Capital Partners. “We understand the objectives of the sponsor, the borrower, and the lender, and our role is to help our clients achieve the best possible outcome while facilitating an efficient, constructive process with their lender partners. That approach has earned us trust on both sides of the table.”
The news of Lane Four Capital Partners’ plans comes a few months after Fifth Third Bank announced that it’s moving to Preston Center in the coming years and exiting Comerica Bank Tower downtown.
Fifth Third will move into a building currently under construction at 8300 Douglas Avenue. The building is expected to be ready for Fifth Third’s move by the fourth quarter of 2028.
