The Scots Wrestling Club hopes to welcome some new talent when its season gets underway on Oct. 26.

Wrestlers practice in the Highland Park High School Wrestling Room, 4220 Emerson Ave. They are divided into three groups based on age and experience.
- White, Young Rookie/Novice: For 5-year-olds through second-graders who have 0-3 years experience. Practices are from 5 to 6 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Blue, Older Rookie/Novice: For second-through eighth-graders who have 0-3 years experience. Practices are from 5 to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Gold, Advanced: For third-through 12th-graders who have at least 3 years experience or coach approval. Practices are from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
