Pinkberry, our fair city’s latest fro-yo franchise, will debut its delicious frozen goodness from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday at its new West Village storefront on the corner of McKinney Avenue and Blackburn Street. The “pink carpet” will be rolled out for guests, and local DJ (and Park Cities Two cover girl!) Lucy Wrubel will be spinning tunes all evening. I can’t think of a better reason to stuff my face full of frozen pomegranate yogurt!
