Hillcrest senior Amanda Gross’s college fund is, oh, $20,000 larger than it was yesterday. She is one of 11 students to win the Sulentic Family Foundation Scholarship, given annually since 2007 to graduating seniors. The awards are given based on “consistently demonstrated integrity, consistently demonstrated hard work, and financial need,” according to a district press release. Bravo, Amanda.
