There are a few ways you might recognize chef John Tesar.
Chances are you’ve seen him on this year’s Top Chef: Seattle; know of his history at The Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek; or are vaguely aware of his connections to famed chef/adventurer Anthony Bourdain.
Either way, the chef has his newest venue, Spoon Bar and Kitchen, opening tonight in Preston Center — it’s right across Westchester Drive from Hopdoddy and Texas Family Fitness.
