The community is invited to hear bestselling author and screenwriter Blake Crouch deliver the Highland Park Literary Festival keynote speech tonight, Feb. 19, at Highland Park High School.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the program will begin at 7 p.m. Admission is free. Reservations are appreciated via Eventbrite.
Crouch’s novels include Dark Matter, Recursion, Upgrade, and the Wayward Pines trilogy. He serves as head writer and showrunner for the hit Apple TV+ adaptation of Dark Matter, starring Joel Edgerton and Jennifer Connelly.
LitFest, HP’s annual celebration of language in all of its written, spoken, and visual forms, will continue on Friday, Feb. 20, with workshops for HPHS students.
LitFest is made possible by donations from La Fiesta de las Seis Banderas, HP Arts, PC TAG, the HPHS PTA, and individuals.
