Mr. and Mrs. Frank L. Holaday of Dallas are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lacy Ann Holaday, to John Clayton Sands, son of Mrs. David Keith Sands and the late Mr. Sands.
Lacy obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and her Master of Science in accounting from Southern Methodist University. She is employed by KPMG in the international corporate services practice and is a certified public accountant.
Clayton received his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University School of Engineering and is employed as an analyst for Rosewood Resources.
The couple is planning an August 2013 wedding in Dallas.
