Celebrity Cafe & Bakery added a great addition for those who are gluten intolerant, or are looking to cut gluten out of their dietary habits: no gluten added items! As of Oct. 15, the business will have these goods available in-store and for special order.
Working with a registered dietician and nutritionist, the store’s bakery team came up with 15 signature items to serve minus the gluten. The bakeries will have three to five goods available in-store each day, rotating the selections daily. Customers can now also order custom wedding cakes or special occasion cake with no gluten added.
