HP Cheer Announces 2026-27 Cheerleaders

Highland Park Cheer has announced the new members of its varsity and junior varsity squads, as well as the 2026-27 Scotsmen and Spirited Scots.

A panel of independent judges selected 33 athletes for the varsity squad and 33 for the junior varsity squad after a highly competitive tryout process. The new varsity cheerleaders will perform at an April 24 pep rally.

The new varsity cheerleaders, who are pictured above, are: Jayne Rice, Emma Vaughn, Eliza Miller, Caroline Chantilis, Kennedy Shaw, Emily Vanderwoude, Caroline Kuykendall, Lily Kate Rosamond, Isabel Zeitman, Katherine Hegi, Ainsley Wagner, Lila Hinze, Mary White, Sarah Skinner, Kylie Mearns, Virginia Clancy, Cruz Pielsticker, Jade Najork, Lauren Hrubes, Ashley Chantilis, Lila Hegi, Georgie Thomason, Ilsa Johnson, Hallie Bacharach, Emma Rose Conger, Natalie Muller, Bea Lang, Hadley Robertson, Ryan Pekar, Abigail Harper, Westyn Wheat, Claire Sumner, and Macauley Carter.
