A new dining option debuted last night, just a block or so from our old office. Eddie V’s is an upscale seafood restaurant that’s part of the Equinox complex on Oak Lawn Avenue, just south of the Highland Park town limits. This is the first Dallas outlet for the Austin restaurant founded by Guy Villavaso and Larry Foles. The head chef is Brad Albers. The place also includes a lounge that features live music.
