If a Mediterranean vacation is not on your immediate horizon, there’s another way to experience the flavor (without actually leaving town).
At 6:30 p.m. tonight, Spec’s Wines, Spirits, and Finer foods will host PBS chef, host, author, and University Park resident Christy Rost for a special “Culinary Cruise Night.”
The event will educate attendees on “the fabulous experience of culinary cruising,” and guests will enjoy samples of Rost’s own recipes of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine — paired with Boisset Family Estates Wines.
The best part? The event is free, so drop by on your way home for some tasty noshes and a chance to meet the chef herself.
