The Skulduggery of the Week in today’s paper is about a home burglary in which nothing was reported stolen except for some expensive watches. The headline I wrote for that was “Ain’t Nobody Got Time For That.” At least one member of my staff didn’t get that reference, so there’s a chance that some of you didn’t get it either.
Meet Sweet Brown. She was interviewed by an Oklahoma City TV station last year and has since become a meme. (The clip above has been viewed on You Tube more than 26,000,000 times.) Her fame has led to Sweet Brown being featured in commercials for a home buyer and a dentist and a University Park attorney.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to go get me a cold pop.
