Eataly is doing its best to make summer in Dallas more enjoyable. This time, it is partnering with the beloved Sugar & Sage Bakery for a limited-time brunch experience at Terra. The Terra Takeover with Sugar & Sage Bakery is available only on weekends from July 25 to August 23.
Sugar & Sage’s chef Jill Bates’ artisanal bakery items will appear alongside Terra’s regular brunch menu that includes its righteous take on Eggs Benedict.
These include Brioche Primavera, a scallion and cream cheese-filled brioche with Catsmo smoked salmon, capers, and frisée; Danish alla Pesca a peach, goat cheese and thyme Danish with fresh brûléed peaches and smoked vanilla gelato; a mini pastry basket that contains a selection of miniature gluten-free banana bread, kouign amann, cinnamon roll, and pain au chocolat; and, finally, Danish Uova e Bacon Sugar & Sage’s signature savory Danish topped with a wood-fired sunny-side egg, provolone, and double-smoked bacon.
Eataly’s Summer of Pesto specials are winding down. You have until August 2 to enjoy a two-course prix fixe menu in La Pizza & La Pasta for $26 (a deal!) Though pesto often calls to mind the vivid green Pesto alla Genovese, pesto means any uncooked Italian sauce made by combining herbs, aromatics, seasoning, nuts, vegetables, and any combination thereof. Eataly has a wide variety of pesos in its restaurants and on the shelves.
