Taken overnight before 5 a.m. Jan. 24: the rear tires and wheels [$1,400 value] off a 2018 GMC Yukon parked in the 3200 block of Bryn Mawr Drive.

24 Wednesday
Stolen between 2:26 and 5 p.m.: a package containing gray Williams Sonoma bath towels from the front porch of a home in the 4500 block of Bordeaux Avenue.
26 Friday
While on patrol at 1:12 p.m., a Highland Park Department of Public Safety officer, driving a town-owned 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe, struck the side mirror of a 2001 Ford F150 pickup parked in the 4300 block of Livingston Avenue.
Taken at 3:15 p.m. from a Cut-N-Edge Lawn work van in the 3500 block of Mockingbird Lane: two Toro mowers, a RedMax leaf blower, and a Stihl hedge trimmer.

Shoplifted between 2:06 and 2:19 p.m.: a $1,090 Loubiclutch purse from the Christian Louboutin store at Highland Park Village. Surveillance video shows two women and a man enter the store together and one of the women hide the clutch in her handbag while the other woman bought a $730.69 pair of shoes.

Found at 3:45 p.m. along Drexel Drive between Stratford Avenue and Beverly Drive: Alan B. McClung’s Visa card and two gift cards.

At 5:30 a.m., a trespasser entered the backyard of a home in the 4000 block of Hanover Street.
24 Wednesday
Reported at 9:36 a.m.: a teller took more than $2,500 in cash from Legacy Texas Bank at Snider Plaza.
Stolen between 9 a.m. and 4:45 p.m.: a 38-year-old Dallas woman’s wallet from her purse in the office at University Park United Methodist Church in the 4000 block of Caruth Boulevard.
26 Friday
At 5:06 p.m., thieves in a 2016 maroon Dodge Ram pickup took $70 in property from Vintage Car Wash in the 6800 block of Preston Road.
Between 5 and 7 p.m., one or more burglars took a $500 cell phone from a house in the 6600 block of Hursey Street and did $500 in damage to the homeowner’s 2006 Ford F-150.

Taken between 7 and 9 p.m.: the third-row seats [$3,000 value] and $150 in other property from a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe parked in the 7400 block of Willard Street.
28 Sunday
Taken before 1:12 a.m. from a 2016 Hyundai Sonata parked in the 3500 block of Hanover Street: $300 Hunter rain boots, a $250 Barbour jacket, $250 sunglasses, a $50 leather purse, a $50 Kate Spade wallet along with driver’s license and credit/debit cards. The driver thought he locked the car but may not have.
Broken into between 2 and 5:30 p.m.: a 2016 Nissan Rogue parked in the 3400 block of Southwestern Boulevard. Stolen: a $20 purse containing $100 wallet with identification and credit cards plus $250 in other property.
