Los Angeles-based luxury fashion brand Simkhai recently opened its first permanent Texas location next to Panerai following a yearlong pop-up at Market Highland Park.
Italian menswear brand Brioni recently opened above Christian Louboutin on level two.
French luxury fashion brand Balmain and Spanish fashion house Loewe are also expected to open in the shopping center this year.
