DPD: Man Fatally Shot in 13700 Block of Preston Road
Dallas police say they found a man fatally shot in a car in the 13700 block of Preston Road shortly before 8:30 p.m. Aug. 26.
Police say the identity of the man is pending Medical Examiner’s evaluation, and the incident remains under investigation.
